Great Lakes Storm Book Cover
This new book, written by marine historian, author and committee member Paul Carroll, endeavours to recount the impact of the Great Lakes Storm of 1913 on vessels across the Great Lakes. It presents a comprehensive overview of the more than 40 ships affected by this three-day storm. It is a fully illustrated volume, published by the Committee with financial assistance from the County of Huron Heritage Fund.

All proceeds from sales will support the creation of the permanent memorial for the Centenary Remembrance of the Great Storm, 1913.

There is also a large size/large print edition that is 8.5 x 11 inches ($40)These are both perfect-bound trade paperback format on high quality paper – and include a number of colour plates of Captain C.E. Bud Robinson paintings of ships lost in the Great Storm and other vessels, including the Fitz, the Morrell, among others.
